Rates and conditions 2010:
2 weeks rental from Saturday to Saturday
Rental includes housework once a week and at the end of the stay.

5 to 26 june: 4800 euros/week
26 june to 10 july: 6300 euros/week
10 july to 28 august: 7500 euros/week
28 august to 4 sept: 6300 euros/week
4 to 25 sept: 4800 euros/week

Payment: 25 % for booking deposit, non-refundable in case of withdrawal by the tenant.
Full payment of balance at arrival. Inventory and statement of state of repair at arrival and when you leave the premises.
